Present around the clock, our SLA team is in charge of maintaining all of Abu Dhabi's International Airport terminals and remote buildings. First SLA was signed a year ago, for a 6 months duration to cover only Abu Dhabi's new Terminal 3. ADAC subsequently extended the Service Level Agreement to cover all terminals and remote buildings.
